Privacy Policy of SIA “Listt Events”
1. SIA “Listt Events” (registered in the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia, reg. no. 40203090954, legal address: Aleksandra Čaka Street 126 – 9, Riga, LV-1012) is the Data Controller, which complies with the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 in Latvia. This Privacy Policy explains how SIA “Listt Events” processes personal data when our services are used. This policy applies to all types of personal data collected from websites, email correspondence, contracts, and other sources.

Right to Withdraw Consent

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data carried out before the consent was valid. The withdrawal of consent is not permitted if there are other legal grounds.
The user has the right to delete their profile by sending a request to: info@listt.lv. Such a request is accepted only if it is sent from the same email address that the user profile is registered under.

SIA “Listt Events” reserves the right to make changes at any time, which will be published on the website www.listt.lv.
